Payment Method
We accept personal and certified checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Make checks payable to Eco-Eclectic.com.  Send to PO Box 705, Cabot, AR 72023.  If paying by personal check please allow two weeks for it to clear our bank, plus delivery time. All prices are in U.S. currency. If ordering online, you must pay by credit card or PayPal.

Shipping and Handling
We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

USA Orders
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order trackable and insured by UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, you may need to call in your order to 1-866-895-HERB if a USPS option is not available for your address online. For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air. Items that state "Free shipping to the 48 USA states" do not include Hawaii , Alaska , Guam, or the Virgin Islands .

Canada Orders
We no longer offer Canada Standard Shipping due to the high brokerage fees. Canada Express Shipping gets your package delivered sooner and brokerage fees are lower than Standard Shipping.

International Orders
Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S. , you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Eco-Eclectic is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.

Recycled Packaging
In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material. We use clean waste paper collected from local sources and 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping.

Security
Eco-Eclectic use SSL secure server technology to encrypt your personal and order information. All personal information is kept on secured databases.

Privacy
At Eco-Eclectic, we value the privacy of our customers. We understand the sensitivity of your personal information and we DO NOT share or sell your personal information with other parties. If you buy from Eco-Eclectic, we need to share your postal address with common carriers.

Personal Email - we ask for your email so we may communicate with you and update you on new products or other Eco-Eclectic news. You may opt-out should you not wish to receive these communications from us. We also need your email for billing purposes so we may send you an order confirmation.

Other Personal Info - we require other personal information for order processing purposes and these are kept secured.

Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased or received from Eco-Eclectic.com are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase/receipt as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original packaging. Upon approval of your return we will issue you credit back to the original method of payment used. Shipping cost on returned items is not refundable.

Pre-Approval Return Policy:
Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.

Return Policy for Appliances (Juicers, Distillers, Dehydrators, Etc.):
Items in new condition with the original warranty, 10% restocking fee. Items in new condition without warranty, 15% restocking fee. Items in used condition with the original warranty, 20% restocking fee.

Return Policy for All Other Products (Supplements, Superfoods, Etc.):
Any NON-PERISHABLE item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you would like your credit to be issued - immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange. Our return address is:

General Returns Information:
Returns credited back to a credit card will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Store credits will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If you wish an exchange, please let us know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be given either as a store credit or charged to your credit card on file.

Opened food products are not returnable. If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please call customer service at 1-866-895-HERB. They will be happy to discuss your options with you.
